Book Club: MAY

I thought for May's book club conversation, we focus on the joy of reading.

Reading has been shown to bring significant health benefits. According to the National Alliance on Mental Health, California: “Reading can ... relax your body by lowering your heart rate and easing the tension in your muscles. A 2009 study at the University of Sussex found that reading can reduce stress by up to 68%.”

For May, instead of having a single title everyone reads and discusses, let's try something a bit different. Let's talk about books we love, whether it's a book we read last week, last year, or are currently reading! I love sharing the books I'm reading--especially if it's a book I've fallen in love with. It's been my experience that most readers enjoy sharing their book-finds with others too!

I can't wait to see which books y'all bring to the conversation!
